On 12th March 2020, in the town of Zielona Góra, an agreement was signed for the collaboration between STP and the University of Zielona Góra; departments of Construction, Architecture and Environmental Engineering. The agreement was signed on behalf of STP by Teresa Bilińska Msc CEng and by Professor Dr Hab. Giorgi Melikidze – Vice-Rector for Research and International Cooperation. 

The conditions surrounding the signing of the agreement were significantly untypical, as the University, similarly to other institutions from that day were closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Greetings were limited and everyone maintained social distancing.
