The STP Benevolent Fund is an independent registered charity, its membership enveloping members of STP. Its purpose is to support STP members and their families, who find themselves in difficult life or financial situations. Assistance is usually in the form of a one-off financial grant, decided upon by the Trustees of the Benevolent Fund. 

The Fund is financed from STP membership fees and by individual donations.
